This notice describes personal-data processing during the technical pilot operation of the EULE website.

Hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data to deliver and protect the website. We do not use audience analytics or marketing cookies.

Waiting list

When you register, we process your email address, selected interest group, language and consent timestamp. The data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by email.

Processors

Cloudflare provides hosting and database services. No external newsletter service is used during the current pilot.

Retention

Waiting-list data is retained until consent is withdrawn, it is no longer needed for the project purpose, or statutory duties require continued storage.

Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and complaint to a data-protection supervisory authority.
